I've spent the past 20 years studying the human body, parenting, developing personal and professional relationships, and striving to stay connected to my soul while living a full, complex life.
I also spent decades thinking something was seriously wrong with me.
Feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and burned out were my most common emotions. I knew there was something I was missing.
I found a life coach and everything changed. I found the right tools to "fix me" and see my life through different eyes.
I became fascinated with the human brain, neuroplasticity and the nervous system. I had learned about these parts of the body in nursing school, but I did not know how to manage my own.
I took the next step and decided to become a life coach myself. Through various trainings, institutes, and books, I learned I was normal. My brain was working perfectly to protect me, yet it was on overdrive. I learned how to retrain my brain and nervous system to work FOR me and not AGAINST me.
By experiencing my own transformation through the methods I now teach, I'm able to pass on these insights and healing practices to others. I help them overcome feeling burned out and overwhelmed, elevate how they feel about themselves, and improve their physical and mental health. My clients and I conquer their own insecurities. I celebrate with them as they express their own unique way of belonging to the world.
