Many healthcare workers, like you, are intelligent, inspiring, and compassionate. However, what holds them back from feeling settled, enjoying the fruits of their labor, and fully engaging in life is a dual wiring for success and stress. Your brain and nervous system are doing their best to protect you, but are misinformed. For many, the drive to achieve has always been ingrained. They handle everything and everyone because they are capable of doing so. Busyness is their default state, as stillness feels unnatural. Their nervous systems are in a constant state of alert, making relaxation challenging. On-the-go feels best and natural, while sitting alone in a quiet place and being with themself is truly torture.

I am Miss Mona, a Registered Nurse and Certified Life Coach, specializing in transformational coaching. I am a recovering perfectionist and I learned how to break-up with burnout for the last time. I teach brain-based strategies to empower healthcare workers to create lasting change in their nervous systems and in the deepest recesses of their minds. I help them realize who God has made them to be so they can live that way, without adding anything more to their to-do list.


In my coaching, I uncover the often overlooked causes of overwhelm and chronic stress and help healthcare workers extinguish burnout and attain a calm and present mind and enjoy their job again.

Mona is very intuitive...I came to her for help concerning my family relationships. We talked about boundaries and things that are within our control.
